“The Cappellini Temporary Tower” by Leonardo Talarico

During the Milan Design Week, Cappellini presented “The Cappellini Temporary Tower”, a spectacular artwork designed by Leonardo Talarico for the urban context of Largo Treves in Milan, a crossing point between the main streets of the Design Week. A massive mechanical arm rises to suspend in the air Tate iconic chairs designed by Jasper Morrison for Cappellini, here seen in green. The Cappellini Temporary Tower recasts the tree in a post-industrial light paying homage to nature and its awakening, coming every year together with Milan Design Week.
